Tributes
A tribute is a special way to honor or remember a person or event. We send a card to the recipient, noting who made the donation and to which fund it went. Contributions may be sent in, emailed or submitted through our website.

General Funds
Bimah Flower Fund
Provides the beautiful flower arrangements in the Sanctuary for Shabbat and holiday services.
Library Fund
Helps to enlarge and update our Library collection. Book dedications available.
Ner Tamid Fund
Used as a general good and welfare fund for the Temple and provides Oneg Shabbat
Prayerbook Fund
This fund enables us to purchase new praryerbooks and Chumashim as needed. We also purchase large print prayerbooks for Shabbat and the holidays.
PTO
Used for the benefit of the Religious School students.

CHILDREN’S SPECIAL ED & CHILD CARE
This fund was established to enhance the Special Education program and programs of Gan Yeladeem.
MAX MARDER FELLOWSHIP
FUND FOR STUDY IN ISRAEL
Max Marder was a much-loved teacher in our school. In his memory, this fund was established to aid student participation in the Youth in Israel Program.
RABBI BENNETT F. MILLER CHAI FUND
This fund celebrates Rabbi Miller’s years at Anshe Emeth. It is used to enhance the Temple community through educational and cultural programs.
Israel Study Program
RAE SCHLESINGER MEMORIAL FUND
Used exclusively for students participating in the Eisendrath International Exchange Program, a four-month study program in Israel.
SHOSHANA PARSELLS YOUTH
SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Established in honor of Shoshana Parsells’ 25 years of teaching children and adults at Anshe Emeth, this fund is used to provide scholarship for Hebrew study.

Used to provide additional funds for special music programs.
Lecture Fund
Keller Memorial Lecture Fund
Enables our congregation to invite a distinguished speaker to give a lecture in memory of Rabbi Nathaniel Keller, who served our Temple with distinction for 33 years.
Youth
Youth Funds
Harvey Stone Memorial
Harvey Stone was a dearly loved past-president of AEMT. This scholarship was established by his family and friends to help high school students participate in a NFTY In Israel Experience.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIP
RINA B. PAKENHAM MEMORIAL Camp Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is given to students in our congregation to enable them to attend summer camp.
Youth Activities Fund
Used to promote programs for the development of our Junior and Senior Youth Groups and their functions.

Tzedakah Funds
CARING COMMUNITY FUND
Used exclusively to help families in need.
Trees
Through the Jewish National Fund, trees may be planted in Israel in honor or in memory of loved ones. Please make checks payable to the Temple.
TZEDAKAH FUND
Supports local, international and Jewish organizations.
HESED FUND
Used to provide meals to members who have been sitting shiva or are experiencing crises.
Memorials/Honorairums
MEMORIALS & HONORARIUMS
Memorial Funds
Book of Life
Names are inscribed in a permanently bound memorial. Names are displayed during the time of Yahrzeit and mentioned on the appropriate date at Shabbat evening services. The cost is $180 per name.
MEMORIAL PLAQUES
Plaques are available on the Laurie Wall located outside the Sanctuary. The cost is $750.
SANCTUARY SEATS
Plaques provide a permanent memorial on pews. Each seat costs $1,800.
AMPITHEATER SEATS
Dedicated to honor or perpetuate the memory of a loved one. Each dedication costs $1,000.
