A tribute is a special way to honor or remember a person or event. We send a card to the recipient, noting who made the donation and to which fund it went. Contributions may be sent in, emailed or submitted through our website.

General Funds
Educational
This fund was established to enhance the Special Education program and programs of Gan Yeladeem.
FUND FOR STUDY IN ISRAEL
Max Marder was a much-loved teacher in our school. In his memory, this fund was established to aid student participation in the Youth in Israel Program.
RAE SCHLESINGER MEMORIAL FUND
Used exclusively for students participating in the Eisendrath International Exchange Program, a four-month study program in Israel.
SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Established in honor of Shoshana Parsells’ 25 years of teaching children and adults at Anshe Emeth, this fund is used to provide scholarship for Hebrew study.
Special Temple Programs
Keller Memorial Lecture Fund
Enables our congregation to invite a distinguished speaker to give a lecture in memory of Rabbi Nathaniel Keller, who served our Temple with distinction for 33 years.
Youth
Harvey Stone was a dearly loved past-president of AEMT. This scholarship was established by his family and friends to help high school students participate in a NFTY In Israel Experience.
RINA B. PAKENHAM MEMORIAL Camp Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is given to students in our congregation to enable them to attend summer camp.
Tzedakah
Memorials/Honorairums
MEMORIALS & HONORARIUMS
Names are inscribed in a permanently bound memorial. Names are displayed during the time of Yahrzeit and mentioned on the appropriate date at Shabbat evening services. The cost is $180 per name.
Plaques are available on the Laurie Wall located outside the Sanctuary. The cost is $750.
Plaques provide a permanent memorial on pews. Each seat costs $1,800.

Families wishing to establish other types of permanent memorials within the Temple should speak with Rabbi Miller.
