Rabbi Gluck has served as rabbi of Temple Beth-El of Hillsborough, New Jersey, since 1991. He was among the founders of the Interfaith Hospitality Network for the Homeless of Union County and Somerset County.

He has served on the CCAR Conversion Committee and remains a member of the CCAR Task Force on the Challenge of Intermarriage for the Reform Rabbi, and the URJ/CCAR Joint Commission on Outreach and Synagogue Community.

Rabbi Gluck has also played an active role in the Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism, living in Haifa from 1986 to 1991 and helping to develop community outreach programs.

After his return from Israel, Rabbi Gluck served on the Board of the Association of Reform Zionists of America (ARZA), and has received honors from the Jewish Federation and Israel Bonds.
