This brand new program for our 8th Graders allows a great opportunity to develop the many skills that Madrichim use on a regular basis in their classes. Meeting just on Saturdays, our Machonikim take part in many Religious School activities inside and outside the classroom that help to not only grow their personal skills, but affect every child they encounter.
Throughout the year, our Machonkim will influence the future of Anshe Emeth. They meet to learn how to teach children, discover what it is like to be a Madrich(a), and assist in Religious School functions. They work with children, shadow Madrichim and classes, assist in T’fillah, and run school-wide programming. It is a paid position that gives the necessary experiences to be a thriving Madrich when they permanently enter the classroom.
