Kol Emet – The Adult Choir

Kol Emet, the adult choir of Anshe Emeth, majestically sings the music of our tradition at monthly Shabbat services, special music festivals and at choral festivals in and out of our Temple. In 2014, Kol Emet received the Crown of Torah Award, the highest recognition that can be given to our congregants – a tribute to their 40-year history of excellence and dedication.

Their twice weekly rehearsal schedule enables Kol Emet to maintain a level of excellence and professionalism that is unique among synagogue choirs, performing quality Jewish music of all periods and genres. Rehearsals are held each Wednesday evening and Sunday morning during the school year.

Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings 8-9:30 p.m., and Sunday mornings 10:45-12:15.

They sing monthly at Shabbat Services, special music presentations, and choral festivals in and outside of the Temple. Their twice-weekly rehearsal schedule enables them to maintain a level of excellence that is unique among synagogue choirs, and to perform quality Jewish music of all periods and genres.
