Who are the Ohavei Tarbut? We are the lovers of Jewish culture in all its forms.
Our subscribers have grown to more than 150, consisting of Anshe Emeth members and enthusiasts from the surrounding communities. We have enjoyed diverse programs such as “OY,” nine one-act plays by Theater Ariel, the music of Salamone Rossi, leading composer of the late Italian renaissance, played by the Rutgers Brass from the two balconies in our sanctuary and soprano/harpist Jill Rogoff in a program of Sephardic and Celtic music.
By becoming Ohavei Tarbut, you are ensuring a long and vibrant future for arts and culture at Anshe Emeth. An annual donation of $100 to this three-program series enables your entire family to be Ohavei Tarbut, individual memberships are $50 and individual admission to each concert is $18. Be a part of us as we continue to provide performances and exhibits of exceptional quality.
