Saturday, May 14, 2022
8:00 pm

PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Ever wonder who decides if the cheese you are buying is mild, sharp or perhaps…Seriously Sharp? Well, we’ve got the answer!

Join us on Saturday, May 14th at 8pm on Zoom or in person, for the final installment of A Taste of Anshe Emeth: a Cheese Tasting and Grading presentation with Master Cheese Grader, Craig Gille. Craig studied the art of Cheesemaking at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Guelph, and routinely serves as a judge and organizer at the World Championship Cheese Contest, American Cheese Society, in addition to numerous international contests. Craig will walk us through the aging process, explaining how cheddar develops over time, as we taste samples of cheese ranging from a mild cheddar aged for 9 months to one aged for 2 years.

Each Tasting Kit contains 4 bars of cheddar cheese, a cheese knife and cutting board, and assorted crackers and accoutrements for 2 participants.

The cost is $55 for one kit and admission for 2 people, or one kit and a Zoom link. Enter to win one of 2 gift boxes from Cabot Creamery: $10 per raffle ticket, or $20 for 3.
