Religious School Committee

Religious School & Youth Committee is the AEMT committee that focuses on our Religious School and Youth Activities. The two committees joined in 2021 as we continue to align our Religious School formal education with support from our Youth Activities, experiential experiences, and informal programming.

The core aspect of Religious School & Youth Committee is to implement the goals of the Anshe Emeth Religious School as set forth in the Religious School mission statement and by Rabbi Bazeley, Matthew Vogel, and the Board of Trustees. Additionally, the committee advises on our Youth program portfolio as we sustain our teen community with different opportunities for participation. Religious School & Youth Committee advises, promotes, and participates in Religious School & Youth Activities programs and policy making to provide the best Jewish educational experience possible. The committee will endeavor to accomplish their goals by forming a partnership with the Rabbis and the Temple community.

Key functions of the committee will be assisting in the formulation and development of new and existing programs within the Religious School and Youth Activities portfolio, actively promoting family events & activities, including participating in them as necessary, and supporting policies the committee helps to develop.
